Who We Are
Our Principal, Maria Thomas has over 18 years of Real Estate experience, starting in 2002 as a general assistant to the agents in the company.
Soft spoken, she leaves the scoreboard to do the talking and rather remains focused on the task at hand, working her way up and completing the training requirements to finally being a principal in 2016.
In 2019 she was appointed as a Principal of a Real Estate and property management company, a career high. After time at the helm, she saw an opportunity in the market for a company that will focus on quality service delivery. This gave way to start her own venture – SureSell Properties.
Trading since June 2020, SureSell is already currently managing 2 complexes and have also had other successes such as sales and rentals. The SureSell brand is further supported by an investment company dedicated to develop the best customer experience and has an understanding of the needs of our customers.
The investment company provides consulting support from a team of qualified accountants, internal auditors and system solution engineers.
